Due to an overwhelming response to the industry training sessions proposed for 18th and 19th of December these classes are closed. However, we are looking into the possibility of additional classes after the first of the year.
The COGCC staff will conduct training on its interim policy for APDs submitted between January 1, 2009 and the effective date of the rule amendments.
The Final Draft Rules reflect the Commission’s provisional approvals and deliberations during its initial deliberations on August 19-20, September 9-11 and 22-23, and October 26-27, 2008. The Commission is expected to take final action on the Final Draft Rules during its final deliberations on December 9-11, 2008.
