CAUSE 243

243 - 1 10/19/1971

Establishes 320 acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas and hydrocarbons from the "J" Sand underlying certain lands in the Campana Field. Each such drilling unit shall be the E2 and W2 or N2 and S2 of each section, according to the governmental survey thereof, and the permitted well for each drilling unit shall be located in the NW4 SE4 of each section, and no closer than 990 feet to the boundaries of the quarter section upon which it is located. Grants an exception for #1 12 Ford well, located 660 FSL and 600 FEL Section 12 T2S R59W 6th PM to be the permitted well for the drilling unit designated as the S2 of said section; and Well #2 12 Ford located 1972 FNL and 490 FEL Section 12 T2S R59W 6th PM to be the permitted well for the drilling unit designated as the N2 of said section.

Grants an exception for a well to be drilled in the SE4 SW2 Section 1 T2S R 59W and that said well shall be the permitted well for the drilling unit consisting of the S2 of said Section l; however, if a commercial well is drilled on the location set forth above, the Commission shall take such action as will offset any advantage which the person securing the exception may have over other producers.
